1. Share Your Vision
Upload a photo, sketch, or inspiration. Describe your dream piece in detail—cut, carat, metal, vibe—whatever you’ve got. (Don’t worry, we’ll help refine it!)

2. Receive Your Quote
Once we’ve reviewed your idea, you’ll get a price estimate based on your requested specs. Transparent, fair, and built to last a lifetime.

3. Approve the Design
We’ll send over a mockup for your approval—think of it like a first look before your masterpiece is made.

4. Production Begins
After your deposit is received, your custom piece enters our exclusive production queue. Each item is handmade with love and precision. Please allow 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity. Time may vary during peak season.

5. Delivery & Dazzle
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your jewelry is packaged and ready to ship. Then? Shine, baby.
