🌍 Shipping Information

We partner with trusted global suppliers and leading shipping carriers, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and US Postal Mail, to ensure your order is delivered safely and with care.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Origin: All Symi Jewel pieces are shipped directly from our workshops in the United States.

Shipping Costs:

  • Enjoy FREE U.S. Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply (calculated at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • For Ready-to-Ship Items:
    • U.S. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.
    • U.S. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days (rate calculated at checkout).
  • For Custom & Personalized Jewelry (including custom designs, engravings, and made-to-order pieces):
    • Please note that our custom process involves 6–8 weeks for production (depending on complexity and peak season). After production is complete, delivery typically takes an additional 7–14 business days.
    • Need it sooner? Rush orders for custom pieces may be available upon request (a fee applies). Please contact us for details.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.


✈️ Tracking & Lost Packages

All orders include tracking through our partner carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, and US Postal Mail).

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier/post office.
  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of the "delivered" scan at info@symijewel.com with your order number.

While Symi Jewel is not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier, we are committed to assisting you. We will promptly open an investigation and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
