❌ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Symi Jewel piece. If you're not completely satisfied with an eligible item, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items (listed below) are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at info@symijewel.com with the following information: Full Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return.
- You’ll receive a reply within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a Symi Jewel error.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
💍 Final Sale Items
For quality control, hygiene, and the personalized nature of our craft, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Custom/Personalized Jewelry: This includes all custom-designed pieces, items with engraving, or any jewelry made specifically to your unique specifications.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons.
- Sale or Discounted Items: All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are final sale.
