Gold plating involves bonding a thin layer of gold to high-quality metals like silver. This is not costume jewelry. Our plating is durable, long-lasting, and skin-safe.
Q: Will your jewelry turn my skin green or irritate? A: No. Unless you have a specific allergy to sterling silver, our jewelry will not cause discoloration or irritation. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant when properly cared for.
Q: I don’t see the piece I want. Do you offer custom designs? A: We offer custom options for fonts, styles (laser cut, engraved, bar, etc.), and more. Email us at info@symijewel.com with your idea or inspiration photo and we’ll guide you through a custom quote. Please note that custom and personalized jewelry are final sale and typically require 6–8 weeks for production before shipping.
Q: What are your shipping times and costs? A: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our workshops in the United States.
